We often receive questions on the key interactions in employment relationships, namely in the areas of hiring employees, developing employees, and the termination of employment. To help support you in your roles as employers and people developers, we are hosting three webinars and have partnered with Courtney Glendinning, a lawyer with significant expertise inhuman resource matters. These webinars will be 45-60 minutes, and will be offered on the following days:
September 24 at 12pm (PT) – Hiring Employees
October 29 at 12pm (PT) – Employee Development
November 26 at 12pm (PT) – Ending Employment/Termination
Each session will outline common scenarios, speak to resources that may be available to you, and allow for interaction so that you can ask questions of both district staff and Courtney. We encourage you to invite any executive staff, those that handle human resource matters, those who supervise employees, as well as anyone who may benefit from developing in this area for your church or organization
