The ideal candidate will embody a strong sense of calling to pastoral ministry, coupled with operational excellence and a joyful spirit. They will be able to recruit, inspire, and motivate teams of students and leaders, driving meaningful engagement and growth. A formal theological foundation is preferred. This role demands a leader who can follow the vision with practical implementation, fostering a vibrant community.

Hourly pay is between $21-$26 based on qualifications and experience.
