The Associate Pastor of Family Ministry leads and shepherds the discipleship of children and families at MCA Church while serving as a key leader on the broader pastoral team.This role exists to create environments where children encounter Jesus, parents are equipped to disciple their children, and volunteers are recruited, equipped, and empowered to grow as disciples through ministry opportunities.The ideal candidate is a relational leader who naturally builds healthy teams, develops volunteers, and creates ministry environments where people love to serve together.
