Fraser Valley Alliance Church is seeking a Christ-centred, Spirit-led Lead Pastor to guide our intergenerational and diverse congregation into its next season of ministry. With a strong foundation of biblical teaching, prayer, and authentic community, FVAC is a church marked by warm fellowship, growing ministries, and a deep commitment to making disciples of Jesus Christ.The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual and visionary leadership through preaching, discipleship, and pastoral care, while equipping and empowering others for ministry. Salary is $50,000 to $57,000 based on education and years of experience.
